Additional Biographical Information:

Prior to joining Evans Keane, Mr. Radocha was in private practice, and previously practiced for nearly 30 years as associate general counsel in a Fortune 100 corporation which involved manufacturing, distribution and retail businesses. He has guided business clients through matters involving environmental, health and safety compliance and permitting;  consumer product safety, import/export, and food safety compliance; business contracting, oil and gas leasing, business divestitures, and various local, state, and federal regulatory legal matters. He was the lead corporate attorney in negotiations and resolution of a number of federal and state regulatory legal matters.

Mr. Radocha is a past member (2011-2017, 2019-2021) of the Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, and is a long time volunteer and fundraiser at the local, state, and national levels.

Mr. Radocha is a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served on active duty from 1973 – 1982. He provided  pro bono legal services to veterans through the Idaho State Bar and the Veteran’s Administration for a number of years.
