Legal Experience

Evans Keane has a business, general litigation, bankruptcy, wills/trusts/estates/probate, water rights, real property, and land-use practice. Our business practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, entity selection and formation, entity governance, and business contracts. Our real property practice includes sales, purchases, exchanges, real estate finance, access, easements, and all types of litigation to protect property rights. In conjunction with our real estate practice, our water law practice includes obtaining, protecting and transferring water rights, both in the courts and at the Idaho Department of Water Resources. Our litigation practice emphasizes product liability defense, bankruptcy, business disputes and employment litigation. Our land use practice features the representation of owners and developers of real property throughout the entitlement process. Our wills/trusts/estates/probate practice includes all facets of estate planning, probate proceedings, probate avoidance, gift/estate taxation, and wealth preservation and transfer.
