Evans Keane LLP, a Boise, Idaho-based business law firm, is pleased to announce that attorneys Crystal Berry and Scott Rowley have joined Evans Keane.
Crystal Berry practices 
primarily in the areas of corporate and business law, commercial transactions, contract law, entity formation and transactional matters. Ms. Berry previously owned her own legal practice and served as in-house counsel for a local tech company.
Ms. Berry received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with an emphasis in American Government and Public Policy from Boise State University, and she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2017. She is a member of the Idaho State Bar and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of Idaho. Ms. Berry is a member of the Young Lawyers Section, Business and Corporate Law Section, Health Law Section and Animal Law Section of the Idaho State Bar Association, and she also holds membership in Idaho Women Lawyers.
Scott Rowley is an experienced litigation attorney concentrating in all areas of litigation, including complex and 
commercial litigation. Mr. Rowley previously practiced in the area of criminal defense and has tried numerous cases to a jury verdict.
Mr. Rowley graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and Spanish, and he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2015. Mr. Rowley was a participant in the Small Business Legal Clinic, the McNichols Appellate Advocacy Program, and received recognition for his work in the Pro Bono Program. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Idaho; the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; and all courts of the State of Idaho. Mr. Rowley is a member of Young Lawyers and Litigation Sections of the Idaho State Bar Association.
