Evans Keane LLP is pleased to announce that their former partner, John S. Simko, has returned to take on a role as Of Counsel Attorney. Mr. Simko was a Partner at Evans Keane LLP prior to joining Sunshine Mining & Refining Company as General Counsel. Mr. Simko was elected President and CEO of Sunshine Mining & Refining Company in 1992. He reentered private practice in 2002, and has now rejoined Evans Keane LLP to assist in the firm’s corporate, securities and mining practice.
