Partner practicing in Evans Keane LLP's Boise office; practice concentrated in corporate
law, securities, commercial transactions and real property law.
Educational Background:
Graduated summa cum laude in 1980 from Albertson College of Idaho with a Bachelor of Arts
degree. Obtained Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration degrees from the
University of Washington in 1985.

Member of the Boise Bar Association; Idaho State Bar (Member, Business and Corporate Law
section; Member, Committee to Revise the Idaho Corporate Code); and the American Bar

Representative Cases:
Served as lead counsel in numerous business and real property transactions, mergers and
acquisitions. Corporate and securities practice has included the organization of
corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and limited liability
partnerships; the recapitalization of State chartered bank and bank holding companies; the
registration of securities under the Securities Act of 1933 (S-1, S-3, S-4 and S-8) and
Securities Exchange Act of 1934; the listing of securities on the New York Stock Exchange
and the Nasdaq National Market and the preparation of annual reports and proxy materials.
Frequently serves as local counsel for out-of-state attorneys and clients engaged in
transactions in Idaho.
