on products liability, creditor's rights, collections, bankruptcy, business disputes,
and employment litigation. Our commercial practice includes securities regulation
and registration, corporate law, entity selection and formation, business contracts,
and real estate. Our firm recently expanded its government affairs practice,
and currently represents various real estate and business organizations before
the Idaho legislature.
